Responsible gambling
This page is practical help, not a lecture and not an advertisement. 4RaBet Review is an independent desk. We cannot close a betting wallet for you. You must be 18 or older to read the reviews as a player. If you are under 18, stop here and do not stake money.
Before a match
Decide the money and the time before the toss, while you are calm. Write both down. A useful cap is an amount you can lose without touching rent, fees, or a family transfer. If the figure only works because you expect to win it back, it is already too high.
- Use a separate amount from household money. Do not stake from a credit card if the bill would hurt next month.
- Set a clock. When the match ends, or when the hour you chose ends, stop, even if the last over looks tempting.
- Do not raise the stake to recover a loss. Chasing is how a small evening becomes a bad week.
- Do not borrow, and do not take a salary advance, to keep a session going.
- Alcohol and a fast crash game are a poor pair. If you have been drinking, leave the wallet closed.
Signs that play is no longer a hobby
Be honest if several of these are true. You hide the app from people you live with. You think about markets at work. You feel irritable when you try to stop. You stake more than the cap you wrote down. You open a crash game to "win back" a cricket loss. You have missed a payment because of stakes. One bad night is not a diagnosis. A pattern is a reason to pause.
Self-exclusion, said plainly
India does not have one national scheme we can point to that closes every operator the way some other countries do. That means the practical tools are personal, plus whatever limit or exclusion the operator you use actually offers in its own account settings. Ask them, in writing, to close or limit the wallet. We cannot press that button. A cooling-off period you set yourself still counts: uninstall the app, delete the bookmark, and tell one person you trust what the cap was.
If a state where you live restricts real-money play, follow that rule. Do not look for a workaround on this site. We will not provide one.
If you are in distress
The lines below are real public support routes in India. They are crisis and mental-health lines, not gambling-only clinics. Use them if play, debt, or despair is overwhelming. If you or someone with you is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
- AASRA, a suicide-prevention and distress line: 91-9820466726. They answer calls from people in crisis. They are not a betting helpdesk.
- Vandrevala Foundation mental-health helpline: 9999 666 555. A widely published India line for mental health support.
- iCall, run with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, for psychosocial support: 9152987821. Email [email protected] is also published by the service.
If money trouble is the sharpest part, a trusted family member or a qualified financial counsellor is more useful than another match. Gambling notes on this website are not a plan to recover losses. Stopping is allowed. You do not owe the next over a stake.
For family
If you are worried about someone else, talk early, without a speech. Ask what the cap was and whether the app is still installed. Offer to sit with them while they contact a line above. Do not cover their losses in secret. Covering a loss often feeds the next session.
